The Karen C. Drayer Wildlife Health Center is dedicated to training the next generation of wildlife health leaders, here in California, across the United States, and around the world. Training occurs in the form of didactic (classroom and laboratory) teaching for veterinary and graduate students (and undergrads too), experiential learning (internships and residency programs) for early-career DVMs, and support for wildlife health scientists in training.
